On behalf of the NBTF, we invite you to the international competition Dutch Open 2024.
The NBTF (Nederlandse Baton Twirling Federatie) is an umbrella organization of the NTSB, NBTA & KNMO.
The competition will be held on June 7th & 8th, 2025, in Almere.
Rules & Restrictions
The rules and restrictions for the dutch open are based on the rule and restrictions of the IBTF and can be found by clicking this link.
Registrations
You can register for the competition until May 10th , 2025.
To do this, create an account or login at https://dutchopen.nbtf.eu
For the sections with a free choice of music, you can upload your music file when you register.
Registration closes on May 10th.
In the following week you will receive an invoice for the payment of the registration fee. Your registration is only final after we have received your payment.
You can adjust your registration free of charge up to and including May 10th. After May 10th, changes are possible, but then it is no longer free of charge.
Should the number of registrations with free choice of music exceed the available competition time, the NBTF reserves the right to close the registration for these sections prematurely.
Music
For the disciplines with free choice of music, the music can be uploaded on the portal which is used for registration.
For the disciplines with required music we will use the music of the IBTF.

Fees
Solo – € 20,00 / discipline
Pair – € 25,00 / pair
Team – € 50,00 / team
Group – € 50,00 / group

Inschrijvingen
Inschrijven voor de wedstrijd kan tot 10 mei 2025.
Om dit te doen, maak een account en login op https://dutchopen.nbtf.eu
Voor onderdelen met vrije muziek, kan je de muziek uploaden via het inschrijfportaal.
Inschrijvingen sluiten op 10 mei.
In de week daarop volgende zal je een factuur ontvangen om het inschrijfgeld te betalen. Jouw inschrijving is enkel definitief na ontvangst van de betaling. Aanpassingen aan jouw inschrijving zijn gratis tot en met 10 mei. Na 10 mei zijn wijzigingen mogelijk maar zal dit niet langer gratis zijn.
Indien het aantal inschrijvingen met vrije muziek hoger is dan verwacht, behoudt de NBTF het recht om de inschrijvingen voor deze onderdelen vroegtijdig te sluiten.
Muziek
Voor onderdelen met vrije muziek, kan de muziek op het inschrijf-portaal worden geupload.
Voor onderdelen met verplichte muziek, wordt de de muziek van de IBTF gebruikt.
